Yes. Every flower is twisted from soft chenille stems — no water, no wilting, no drooping petals. Keep it out of direct sun and it keeps its colour for years.

There's no online payment on the website. Send me your bag and I'll confirm the delivery charge and share my UPI details. I start making your order once 50% is paid in advance.

If you cancel within 12 hours of paying the advance, 30% of the advance is refunded. As every piece is made to order just for you, there are no exchanges or returns.

Each bouquet is made by hand to order — usually a few days depending on size. For birthdays and anniversaries, order a little ahead.

Of course. In your bag, choose "A gift for someone", add their name and tick "Keep it a surprise" — I won't tell them who it's from until you want me to.

Yes — choose from the colours shown for each flower, wrap and ribbon in the designer. I work with those colours only, so I can't make custom shades, but I'm happy to suggest the closest match.

Yes. I deliver all over Hyderabad and ship outside it too — the delivery charge depends on the location, and I'll confirm it before you pay.

A gentle dust with a soft brush or a cool hair-dryer every few weeks. That's it.
